On Monday, January 6, 2020. FMCSA's next mandate - a new CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse - became reality for motor carriers, drivers, medical providers, and others.
The Clearinghouse is an online database of CDL drivers' drug and alcohol violations, and it comes with many new responsibilities for motor carriers.
