This month's safety roundtable focuses on Workers' Compensation Fraud, Litigation and Claims Management.
In this session we discussed how to proactively prevent and/or protect ourselves from potential claims related to workers contract COVID-19 while conducting essential work activities, what to take into consideration if an employee were to get injured while working from home, how to prevent fraud from occurring through the injury investigation and management process, tips on how to identify potential fraud and steps that employers can take if fraud occurs.
