The International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health surveyed drivers and found the following:
 

Professional truck drivers are often depicted as tough and independent, which can create a stigma around seeking help. But neglecting to receive help for mental health issues could have tragic results, like suicide or greater risk for crashes. A majority of patients clinically diagnosed with a mental illness also struggle with insomnia, according to the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. Quality sleep is essential in staying safe on the road. Important resources like national helplines found here are available to provide confidential support.
 

Fleets can help educate around how important fostering close personal relationships, regular exercise and sleep are to staying mentally well. Another piece in the wellness puzzle?
