This session with Shuttleworth & Ingersoll focused on complex issues related to re-opening your business. Terri Davis and Mark Hudson of Shuttleworth talked in detail on specific issues including: policy/procedure issues, managing absence issues, addressing workers compensation and other potential liability issues

They also stressed the importance of creating a culture shift within your workforce. As companies begin re-opening, employees need to feel safe not only coming back to work, but feeling comfortable if they need to miss work due to illness.
