TrueNorth Announces 2025 Top Workplaces USA and Culture Excellence Awards

(Cedar Rapids, June 2025)—TrueNorth Companies, L.C. announced today that it has earned the prestigious 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award and is a 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner in four distinct categories. The Top Workplaces accolade honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate. 

Winners are chosen based on genuine employee feedback collected through a confidential survey by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. Results are determined by employee responses to key Workplace Experience Themes, which are proven indicators of high performance. With a 17-year legacy, the Top Workplaces program continues to recognize and celebrate people-first organizations nationwide and across 60 regional markets.
