TrueNorth's 2018 State of the Union

Today, we'd like to say thank you.

For yet another year, TrueNorth's home office is proud and excited to host the firm’s annual State of the Union. This day marks one of the rare occasions when our entire company can meet at our Cedar Rapids headquarters to reflect the past year's success, share plans for the current year and set goals for the future.

2017 was a year of transformation and evolution for our firm. We announced a milestone in leadership transitions in accordance with our 2020 vision, experienced incredible growth with 60 new team members and grew our client services in relationships in new, innovative ways. 2018 takes us further down this road. In our quest to build an "Owner's Manual" for TrueNorth, we will continue focusing on building our legacy company while improving upon our foundational strengths. 

Since TrueNorth's founding in 2001, our company has continued to grow and develop. As of today, our team consists of over 400 professionals across the country, working daily to serve thousands of individuals and businesses nationwide. When we hold company meetings like the State of the Union, we celebrate the relationships we’ve fostered, identify areas of continued growth, and orient ourselves as we move forward - all the while, anticipating the company’s growth for generations to come.
