Risk Councils

Risk councils are a cornerstone of our approach, providing tailored solutions and ongoing support. These monthly, collaborative discussions involve TrueNorth colleagues and client team members, including an executive leader, a safety or risk director, and an operations representative. During these meetings, we review risk-based KPIs and gather insights from client representatives. Our team then analyzes the data trends and feedback to identify improvement areas and recommend appropriate resources.

SYiNERGY

Our SYiNERGY engagement is a system-based approach designed to rectify misalignment between operations and risk. It integrates our proprietary business intelligence tool, iNergy, with hands-on support from our team. iNergy collects, measures, and evaluates operational and risk data through key performance indicators. The team then uses this data to inform their risk council meetings, safety communication strategies and on-site visits.
